Who cares about my News?

This is the Superfast News Age, in which news is not only transmitted in a flash, it is also consumed in a flash. The Internet connected people across the globe, but Social Media has increased the speed of connection, while decreasing attention.

In such an age, who will read these news items? Shouldn’t I be posting them on LinkedIn, Twitter, BlueSky, or somewhere else?

And even otherwise, why would anyone care to read about news about me, a in a corner of the world?

This then is basically just self-indulgence: these news items are a kind of diary entries for me to read in the future.
